Climate
Mumbai's climate is Tropical Rainforest. Because of Mumbai's climate, viral infections, and other diseases are easier to get especially during the monsoon. Mumbai is very humid, and you might not want to go out much, espeically during the summer. Because of the city's low elevation and high rainfall, it gets flooded during the monsoon season. The flood risk has impacted Mumbai by forcing the development of warning systems, drainage systems, and more. What I'm Bringing
For the Bazaar project, I'm bringing Biryani. Biryani is a popular street food in India and Pakistan which my mom makes and I really like. Biryani is a mix of spices, meat, and rice which tastes really good. It does a good job at capturing Mumbai's vibrant food culture.
